Cooperatives, he is deeply committed to uplifting underserved communities through education and practical support.
Mr. Jagdale Sarkar holds a Master’s in Distance Education and Economics, along with diplomas in Cooperative Management and Cooperative Banking. He is certified by
NISM and the
World Bank in
International Banking Basics and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Economics. His hands-on approach involves extensive grassroots travel across India, having interviewed more than 25,000 women to understand microfinance effects in rural areas.
He is also an author of two books, a registered consultant with the
Asian Development Bank, and entrepreneurially leads financial literacy initiatives like
Shree Aai Ambabai Financial Ladder and
International Resource Bank. Currently, he serves as Director of Ai Hon Services Pvt. Ltd., blending technology with empathy to empower communities.

Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Tea Research Centre, Maharashtra, housed within
