We invite applications for the position of Asst. Centre Director at Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Tea Research Centre, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee research projects, manage partnerships, and drive the centre’s mission of advancing tea research and rural development.
Priority : Single Female
Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage all centre operations and research initiatives

Develop and implement strategies for sustainable tea cultivation

Collaborate with governmental, academic, and farmer communities

Ensure effective use of resources and compliance with funding guidelines

Represent the centre in public forums and policy discussions
Qualifications :
-
Advanced degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Rural Development, or related field

Proven leadership experience in research or agricultural institutions
-
Strong understanding of tea cultivation and rural community development
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
