We are looking for a dynamic and passionate female Communications and Outreach Officer to join our team and lead the centre’s public relations, communication strategies, and community engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication and outreach plans to promote tea research and rural development

• Create and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and press releases

• Organize events, workshops, and media interactions to raise the centre’s visibility

• Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and community partners

• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in communication, media, or outreach roles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi

• Proficient with digital media platforms and content creation tools

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
